COACH LUANA ELLIOTT

Hi, I’m Luana Elliott, a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Certified Health & Life Coach. Growing up studying ballet and dance gave me the foundation and taught me the importance of posture, form, flexibility, and mobility. This grew into an interest in physical fitness and weight training on a larger scale and by 2012 I was competing in bodybuilding competitions in Los Angeles. After my first competition, I found a new passion in weight training. I dedicated myself to the study of physical training modalities, earning my certification as a personal trainer, health and life coach. Experience also showed me the importance of corrective exercise, leading me to study and earn that certification as well. Currently, I work with and coach hundreds of clients, helping them change their lifestyle and habits to achieve the bodies of their dreams. No matter what fitness level, job or lifestyle, everyone has the ability to change their habits and become a healthier version of themselves. Good morning, I wanted to share this with you. I always think of you when I think how I’ve come. I remember in the sauna when you told me to just do it and get my training sessions started. Best advice ever. I’m so happy I met you. You inspired me and pushed me. I still have a long journey ahead of me but at least I know I’m moving in the right direction.
