VIRTUAL ONE ON ONE TRAINING VS. PRE-WRITTEN PROGRAMS

“Many personal trainers are capitalized on pre-written, packaged, and branded workout programs. These programs may be general or geared toward a specific demographic (new moms, senior citizens, or those who want to work out at home with a little guidance). Often, these programs are available on DVD or via an online download for one price. These products are a great option to help to get in shape; however, pre-written programs are vastly different from the virtual training experience. As a virtual trainer, I get to work with clients from a specific vantage point. I get to know my client, learn about his or her individual goals, and develop a program that is strategic. Virtual training is less of a one-size-fits-all approach, and more of a tailored service meant to add value and strengthen relationships.” This was some great material written by the trainer Keridon McMahon clarifying the difference between types of trainings.

Virtual one-on-one or semi-private are not one-size-fits-all; I love to tailor the training sessions to individual clients.

This service consists of a private session between the client and is led by the coach Luana Elliott. Confidentiality and exclusivity are the priority in one-on-one sessions. VIRTUAL SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING SESSION

This service involves the participation of two clients and is led by the coach Luana Elliott. Confidentiality and exclusivity are priorities. All the information potentiality gathered regarding clients’ results and goals are kept confidential. The session duration is 45 – 60 minutes and is hosted through Zoom.
